Return Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make on our website. However, we understand that sometimes a return may be necessary. Therefore, we have developed the following return policy to provide you with fair and transparent guidelines for returning items. 


30-Day Return Period: 

We offer a 30-day return period for all eligible items purchased from our online store. The return period begins from the date of delivery. During this time, you may return your item(s) for any reason and receive a refund or store credit, minus the cost of return postage. 


Return Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: 

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. 
  • Any accompanying accessories, manuals, or warranties must be included. 
  • The return request must be initiated within the 30-day return period. Please note that certain products, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and digital downloads, are exempt from our return policy. 
  • Additionally, for hygienic reasons, certain items like swimwear, underwear, and earrings cannot be returned. 

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps: 

  • Contact our customer support team via email at info@yogawagon.com to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return. 
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the item. 
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Include the return authorization number on the package. 
  • Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method of your choice, ensuring that the return postage cost is covered by you. 
  • Once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility, we will process your refund or issue a store credit, as per your preference.

Refunds:

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 7 business days of receiving the returned item. All refunds require proof of purchase: the shipping confirmation email or the original credit card used for the purchase. The refund will be issued using the original payment method or as a store credit, depending on your preference. Please note that any shipping charges incurred during the original purchase are non-refundable, and the cost of return postage is not included in your refund as that is the responsibility of the purchasing party. 


Exchanges and Store Credit:

If you prefer to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please mention this when initiating the return. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a store credit for the value of the returned item, which can be used for future purchases. If the requested item is more than the original purchase price, then the customer will be responsible for the difference before exchange can be completed.  If the customer does not pay the difference within 60 business days, a store credit will be automatically issued in the amount of the original purchase.  If the requested item is less than the original purchase price, a store credit will be issued for the difference.


Damaged or Defective Items: 

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of return postage.
